Well, it’s been a week since I began taking sodicum citrate. I take a quarter of a teaspoon in each dose. I have no idea what that is in weight as I have no means of measuring it on such a small scale (my cooking scales begin with grammes, my sodium citrate is less than that so won’t register).
I add it to water or water and juice and mix well. Can take a wee while to dissolve. Drink it down and have had no problem with taking it.
Two doses per day, morning and evening, with or without food doesn’t seem to make any difference.
From the first dose I felt a marked increase in phsyical energy. Please understand that I’m an old woman and not in good health at all. My major health issues are COPD and a heart arrhythmia, both now untreated since I deregistered from the healthcare system. So when I say there was a difference, please trust that it can’t be put down to anything psychosomatic..I simply wouldn’t be able to keep that up!
As the week has progressed that uptick in physical energy and increase in wellbeing has continued. It hasn’t increased but hasn’t decreased either.
So given that a week has passed and I have had no adverse effects to date, I’m going to try increasing the dose. Given my lack of precise measuing equipment, that’ll likely mean two pinches of the SC. Sorry if that isn’t helpful. I think though that everyone trying this will find tailoring the doses to their own bodies is the way to go.
As I said before, I know this isn’t a cureall for everything we’re being assaulted with. But when we have struggled so long with various supplements and protocols with varying degrees of success (and mostly lack of…) finding something that actually makes me feel better with little to no side effects (because it’s only been a week, so am optimistically cautious and will note any if they happen) beyond having to pee more….well, I’m happy to continue using it and will post updates on that in case they are helpful to others.
And of course, here is where I first heard of SC so please check out Karl’s research on it, and I highly recommend following him. He’s doing damn good and helpful work, along with Dr David Nixon and others.
I take a brand from Gert Strand AB. They're based here in Sweden. I honestly don't think it matters what brand folks use, but maybe you may need to alter the dosage? I am NOT a medical person and can only speak for myself but I'm about to up my dose having found the quarter teaspoon I have been taking doing well with no apparent side effects to date. It seems to be early days yet with people testing this out, so maybe look at what others are saying too?

Great post, TY...and I too have been on it for a little over a week. I've noticed my energy levels up too! And I have heart damage from way back and I do have breathing problems on chemtrail days. I've been aware of chemtrail sensitivity and damage for decades and I do one supplement a day of Respiratory Formula Lung Cleanse from Sigmaceutical (on amazon) less than $10 a month...has helped me so much and it's helped several friends dealing with COPD and allergies...they swear by it now. I also keep mullein drops handy and drop a few as needed under my tongue. These might help you as well.
I do feel an energy boost and a metallic taste that I sometimes get, seems to be abating...who knows.
The amount of CS you're doing is about 3 grams...I have a scale and a flat teaspoon is about 5-6 grams...I'm about to up it too...but would love to know how to check/monitor my kidneys and liver without the white coats getting involved...
